An issue has developed in the last day or two that appears to be affecting all StorePorter customers. Errors are occurring on a large percentage of Product, Family and Customer updates during web synchronization. We have been working since early Tuesday morning to determine the cause and find a solution. At this time, all attempts to correct the problem have been unsuccessful, but we have been able to gather data on what is actually happening. From what we have seen, attempts to sync do not damage existing data...updates simply fail. Some new product records add successfully, but success is not consistent.
Representatives from all customer locations have been CC'ed on ticket #189 (http://support.storeporter.com/tickets/189) for updates on the status of the issue. As we are able to obtain assistance from ProStores and our hosting partner, we will keep you informed.
