StorePorter is able to automatically maintain sale pricing in Bigcommerce. To enable this feature, open Tools>Options:
On the Data/Sync tab, select the Presentation sub-tab and check the Show sale price fields checkbox:
Once you've saved this setting, the Price & Quantity tab of the Products form will look something like this:
