StorePorter Support may request a snapshot of your logs and database to support research for development or the resolution of an issue. Here's the procedure to create the snapshot:
1. Choose Help > Snapshot logs for Support from the menu.
2. Specify a name (or take the default) for the .zip file and click OK.
3. Click Yes to include database.
The process will run and create a .zip file on the desktop of your computer with the name you specified. Support will provide instructions for delivering the file.
